Online Order Help
This page offers step by step instructions for placing an order through A Forkable Feast's Online Ordering System.
To begin an order, first select the date and time you will be picking up your order. You can place orders up to a week in advance, but orders can only be picked up during the "online schedule hours" posted on the site. After you have selected your date and time click 'START PERSONAL/SINGLE ORDER' to proceed. |

Once your order is started you will have 15 minutes to complete it. You will see reminders of how much time you have to finish your order as you move through the system.
Use the links under 'Select Category' to jump quickly to the category you are looking for, or scroll down the page to view the entire menu.
Note: If you are a returning customer who has set up a permanent account with A Forkable Feast's online ordering system, you can recall past orders to save time in the ordering process.

When you have found the item you would like to order simple click the name.
When you select your item, the item description page will open. Use the drop down box to select your order quantity.
You can select from A Forkable Feast's recommended items to complete your meal by selecting the box next to the item. Click 'ADD TO ORDER' to add the item(s) to your cart. Click 'CANCEL ITEM' to remove this item from your cart.

When you have clicked 'ADD TO ORDER' the order review page will open. Here you will see the item or items in your cart as well as your current total. You have the option to 'REMOVE ITEM/(S)', 'CONTINUE ORDERING', or move on to 'CHECK OUT'.

| There are two options for beginning the check out process, one for New Customers and one for Returning Customers. |
Returning Customers
 If you are a Returning Customer, simply fill out your Phone, E-mail Address and Password and click 'SIGN IN'. |
 New Customers
As a New Customer you will need to give us some basic information to complete your order. Select 'NEW USER'.

You have the option to give us the basic information below and move on to check out.
We recommend that you take a moment to create an account to make future ordering easier. To create an account, simply give us the additional information at the bottom of the form, enter a password, and select the 'Check to make account permanent' box.
Whichever method you choose click 'SIGN ME UP' to move on to check out.

To complete your order, fill in your credit card information and add any special 'Instructions'.
Finally click 'COMPLETE MY ORDER'.
